World Assembly: Africa 2003 |
 Some 4,500 Zimbabweans showed up on the first day to receive their name tags and Africa 2003 bags — a mass of people that meant crowds and long lines everywhere. Most of these people had pre-registered at their local churches, but planners expected that not all of them be able to pay the registration fee and would not come.
